For some reason, IE8 does not work well with the Online Scorecard.
The Scorecard shrinks down to a
2-inch box at the
top of the screen rendering it completely unreadable.
Steps to Fix:
1. Go to www.fidelityinsight.com (this link will open a new window so you can follow along).
2. Click on "Tools" and scroll down to check "Compatibility View" (see
picture below).
3. Then visit the Online Scorecard -- if it still doesn't look correct please contact us.
4. Furthermore, if you experience problems on
any other websites, such as pictures not lining up or anything
that looks strange, you can try the same thing (Tools | Compatibility
View) and that should take care of it. |
